Today, in Nabipur High School, there are vacant positions of at least 4 teachers. These positions have arisen due to retirement of the teachers. In the interest of the education of the young generation, it is imperative to fulfil this vacant position with a good calibre candidates but not a single position has been fulfilled.
This is due to grid of the High School Committee. They are inactive to pursue government to fulfil the vacant position and playing with the future of young generation. The High School Committee is not holding a democratic election for the board members. The current board is selected years ago and are not willing to leave their positions.
As everywhere in India, there are far more candidates than the available jobs. In this situations, the committee members are thought to accept bribes (they call it donations!) from the prospective candidates. They do not regard the teaching capacity of the candidate but just regards how give more bribe. This was the education of our kinds are suffering badly.
Today, a large number of young kids from Nabipur go to reputed schools in nearby Zanor, Bharuch and Vadadala. This not cost more money to parents but also involves more time and effort of their valuable time. This is due to severe lack of a good English Medium school in Nabipur.
To rectify this situation, the current High School Committee must resign and let younger, dynamic, visionary people take over the responsibility. We request all to lodge their protect to oust the current committee.
Your feedback is welcome.
